Never compare your results with others. Because it may vary body to body. Liquid diet tough but it gives good results. Solid diet is very good and will get stable results.

Some members are taking Multivitamin tablets during night. Its better to take in empty stomach in the early morning and evening before 7 P.M.

Liquid diet initial 10 days you may get weight loss more due to lean fat removed 600 grams per day. Later halts and comes down to 200 grams per day.

During diet don’t take ready made products, refined items, outside foods, additive, MSG, fruits and other banned items.

After that don’t take high carbs food. Slowly make body adapt to normal as a fracture healing patient come into normal.

During diet period strictly ensure no constipation. Do take more fluids, water, fiber foods / soups or medicine.

For those who are having problems with lemons, use CELIN or any 500 mg C Vitamin tablet (non chew-able ) twice daily.

After completion of diet, in normal diet you may gain 2 to 3 kg weight and it will halt. If increasing then check your diet and do changes.

Blindly don’t start diet, first know your diet and do some homework. Don’t take advice from non dieters. Be confident and have faith.

Without knowing others condition, don’t give advice. If blindly follow without supervision and get any trouble, then diet will be blamed first.

Liquid diet only liquids. 1 solid diet means no second bite in the day. 2 solid diet means no third bite in a day, then will get good results.

After diet if you eat more calories then weight increases. So next day do light fasting and reduce intake, then you will come to normal. Balance your calories.

Fat don’t drink directly. Take fat along with green tea, black coffee, bulletproof coffee, water, soups and food preparation. Mostly people are doing mistake in fat intake.

Reduce fat after 10 days from 70 grams to 30 grams and to 40 grams. If you weak eat 10 grams more and follow strictly.

To understand what to eat and what not to eat is basics of this diet. Take time note down, understand and start the diet as per the target.

No rice, roti, fruits, sweets, drinks, processed foods, honey, grains, cereals, underground vegetables and beans during diet.

    I started diet before 10 days I take liquid diet, I lost 5kgs… After I start two meal diet as vrk diet plan… But I suddenly fell body pains and my left side of the tummy I feel more pain what to do plz give me any suggestions… Thank you
